1. Membership & Participation

Eligibility: Membership is by application and subject to screening. FGC is designed for scaleups and experienced founders who meet our core criteria.

Selection: FGC reserves the right to approve or decline applicants based on relevance, availability, and fit.

Participation: You’re in control. Activities are optional, and your level of engagement is up to you. We expect professionalism and respect for peers, mentors, and advisors.

2. Growth Advisors

Advisor Role: Growth Advisors participate voluntarily and may be compensated for mentoring, roundtables, or other activities, based on prior agreement.

Scheduling: All sessions are coordinated in advance. Advisors can decline participation at any time.

Representation: By joining, you consent to FGC listing your name, image, and company logo in our communications – unless you tell us otherwise.

3. Payment & Co-financing

Membership: Participation in FGC is free for selected members.

Consultancy Support: Some services (e.g.strategic consultancy or deep dives) may be co-financed – with part covered by FGC and part by the participating company. Details are agreed case by case.

4. Content & Confidentiality

Trust First: What’s shared in mentoring, roundtables or events stays there. All participants agree to keep sensitive business information confidential.

Content Ownership: Materials shared by FGC or advisors remain the intellectual property of their creators and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Website Use

No Guarantees: We do our best to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee everything is perfect, all the time.

External Links: We sometimes link to other sites. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Data & Privacy

Data Use: We collect and use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We only use data to improve your experience and manage the programme.

Transparency: You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by contacting: lasse@canute.io.

7. Changes & Termination

Updates: We may revise these terms as the programme evolves. We’ll keep you informed if anything important changes.

Ending Membership: You can leave the programme at any time. Likewise, FGC may remove a member or advisor if behaviour violates our community principles.
