3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data to manage, evaluate, and document the Founders Growth Club project, which is funded in part by EU structural funds.

Legal basis includes:
- Executive Order No. 285 of March 1, 2022
- EU Regulations 2021/1060, 2021/1057, 2016/679 (GDPR)
- Danish Data Protection Act (Law No. 502, 23 May 2018)

4. Categories of Data

We may collect and process:
- Name, address, email, and phone number
- Social security number (CPR)
- Employment data (e.g. pay slips, contracts)
- Labour market affiliation and education level (for social fund projects)

5. Recipients of Data

Your data may be shared with:
- The Danish Business Authority
- National and EU auditing bodies
- EU Commission and Anti-Fraud Office
- Project partners, mentors, and speakers
- Approved data processors

6. Source of Data

Personal data may come directly from you or from your employer if they are involved in the project.

7. Data Retention

If the project includes state aid: Data will be stored until the end of 2039.

If the project does not include state aid: Data will be stored for 5.5 years after final project payment.
